Running a script under LiveCode 8.1.3 causes the machine it is run on to completely freeze.
The script will stop after a number of cards have been processed (not always the same number), and the machine becomes unresponsive: it is not possible to Force Quit, no other application can be accessed, the Dock can not be displayed…
The only option is to shut down the machine and start it up again.
I have tested this on both an iMac under macOS 10.12.4 and a MacBook Air under macOS 10.12.2 with exactly the same result.
